I couldn't get any work done in my apartment until Sammy became the apartment complex manager. He is always friendly and accommodating. He makes you laugh while paying your rent. When he tells you he'll get it done, he does.

Sammie is a breath of fresh air, he is new management and is tackling everything that needs surgery around here, at village at rankin he make sure that his residents are treated fairly and with up most respect his patience is like no other , I’ve witnessed nothing but improvements since his arrival at the office, the community is so pretty and quiet when he says he going to assist he actually helps with our needs as a whole

We here at village are so lucky to have Sammy he is amazing I love that he listens to music in the office it really creates a great atmosphere and I appreciate his patients working with us senior.

I Been Here Since March And I Been Having Trouble With The Office But Sammy Has Been Amazing Since He Been There, The Experience I Had With Him And The Helpfulness Is Unmatched Im So Happy We Have Somebody That So Nice And Caring In The Office

Sammy was very helpful and the Whole Rental process he got me the perfect two bedroom apartment he is so kind and so patient and so lucky to have him as a landlord

I just recently moved here, I love the quietness . the office manager Sammy , he is the best ; he made my move in process painless. I was really stressed out before I moved here Sammy has a calming spirit and a gentle voice, that put me at ease each time I spoke with him.. The maintenance team, comes within 24 hours of a request . There are not any parking issues here .
