I liked Suzie in the leasing office she is cool and maintenance is cool. It can take a minute for them to fix something you just got to remind them lol but they will be there. Nice neighborhood real quiet and miss my neighbors I left because of my job had me move cities . It’s been a good 3 years there and wish them all the best . I was always treated with respect and no issues.

Sammy is a great property manager he responds to emails in a timely manner. The property is clean and there is routine pest control which means no bugs and I love that. The apartment complex never has any loud cars or tenants which is fantastic. This is definitely a hidden gem in Greensboro.

Sammy is a very good person. He has a kind heart. I moved here in August, and he made the move-in process smooth and stress free. You can tell he cares alot about people and he loves what he do. So I moved in around January 😀was a little nervous when I first moved in But Sammy was amazing and kept his word and made everything just as easy as possible.. Since I have been here they have a painted the apartments🌻 put up new privacy fencing🌻 Some of the apparent unsociable people are being removed🌻 Sammy is improving the community tremendously 😊 he always has a smile on his face even when he's busy and boy is he always busy.🌻 They're still working on fixing up some apartments and making them better🌻 so But so far I cannot complain it has been a very nice place to live and I like my little cottage 😊 And I'm getting to know some of my neighbor's ✌️🌻❣️🌞

It has been mostly great so far after a little more than a year. The office Manager Sammy has really been wonderful, other than getting rid of the few drug dealers that I see operating without care of getting caught it's not a bad place to live!

I have been living here 5 years and I have seen all the different apartment managers, I love our new Manager he sends out emails and let's his tenants know what is going to be happening for the future of this great property. Sammy stays in contact with his tenants through emails,or telephone and I have been waiting for a manager of that caliber. I love living here it's convenient for me,being on Section 8. I am close to all that I need, also I pay close attention to my Community and I try to make sure it remains safe to live in.

I just recently moved here, I love the quietness . the office manager Sammy , he is the best ; he made my move in process painless. I was really stressed out before I moved here Sammy has a calming spirit and a gentle voice, that put me at ease each time I spoke with him.. The maintenance team, comes within 24 hours of a request . There are not any parking issues here .

Such an easy experience to rent an apartment. Professional staff answered all my questions without hesitation. No extra fees appeared other than the ones I was prepared for. I lived here many years ago, it says a lot that this was my preferred place as I went apartment hunting again. Couldn’t be happier with my choice.
