It has been mostly great so far after a little more than a year. The office Manager Sammy has really been wonderful, other than getting rid of the few drug dealers that I see operating without care of getting caught it's not a bad place to live!

Just love Sammy he really help me and he's extremely good at what he does if anybody needs somewhere to stay come down and Sammy would sure help you without a problem😍😍

Sammy is amazinggggg. He made the application and lease signing process easy and was quick to get back to me when I contacted him. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had with a leasing office.

I Recently Moved here the End of December..And Sammy I can Truly say is very Professional Attentive and GETS THINGS DONE....He is the Reason for me being a tenant and I LOVE how he Manages and takes your concerns to ❤ I honestly wouldn't want to deal with anyone but Sammy ...A Big Thank you Sammy for being A Awesome Property Manager

I have been living here 5 years and I have seen all the different apartment managers, I love our new Manager he sends out emails and let's his tenants know what is going to be happening for the future of this great property. Sammy stays in contact with his tenants through emails,or telephone and I have been waiting for a manager of that caliber. I love living here it's convenient for me,being on Section 8. I am close to all that I need, also I pay close attention to my Community and I try to make sure it remains safe to live in.
