I liked Suzie in the leasing office she is cool and maintenance is cool. It can take a minute for them to fix something you just got to remind them lol but they will be there. Nice neighborhood real quiet and miss my neighbors I left because of my job had me move cities . It’s been a good 3 years there and wish them all the best . I was always treated with respect and no issues.

Lowe's is a good experience to go shopping at. Staff is very helpful.

Location is great! Walking distance to stores and bus stops. Love the units and management is awesome!

Sammy is a great property manager he responds to emails in a timely manner. The property is clean and there is routine pest control which means no bugs and I love that. The apartment complex never has any loud cars or tenants which is fantastic. This is definitely a hidden gem in Greensboro.

Sammy is a very good person. He has a kind heart. I moved here in August, and he made the move-in process smooth and stress free. You can tell he cares alot about people and he loves what he do. I'm so happy to meet Sammy and that he's the property Manager here. Thank you so much Sammy for everything! You are the best! Angela D.
